I help people struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD and trauma to find their way to the life they deserve with resiliency and joy. In addition, I have expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of perinatal mood disorders allowing me to support birthing people before, during, and after pregnancy, ensuring they receive safe, evidence-based psychiatric care.
My work as a midwife has informed my practice. I believe in the power of listening and holding space as well as providing fully informed consent in treatment. The relationship formed between provider and client is critical in creating an environment of healing.
I partner with my clients and empower them to make treatment decisions that will best suit them. This includes offering holistic medication management that incorporates the use of supplements, vitamins, movement, mindfulness, supportive psychotherapy.
My practice is a safe space for all including those who are BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, and/or of marginalized genders. I am committed to creating an inclusive environment where all my clients feel respected and heard.
