Tamara Joy Gardner, Owner, PMHNP-BC, CNM
Welcome! I’m Tamara Gardner (she/her). I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner and certified nurse-midwife. I’m here to help you feel seen and heard in your mental health journey. Together, we’ll help you find the resilience and joy you deserve. I specialize in working with pregnant and postpartum people, including diagnosing and treating perinatal mood disorders. I provide compassionate, non-judgmental care and you don’t have to be a new parent to work with me. I enjoy supporting people at any stage of life. I partner with my clients to make informed treatment decisions. This includes offering holistic medication management that integrates therapy, supplements, movement, mindfulness and supportive therapy.
Seeds of Joy Psychiatry is an inclusive and welcoming and affirming space for all people, including neurodivergent, BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S people in my care.
